Our Pre-K classes prepare your little Tiger for their journey to black belt and beyond.

Our classes consist of a rotating curriculum, Kicking, Punching, Blocking, Crawling, Hopping, Rolling, Running.

We do warm-ups.

5. Stretches, 

6. Punching and Blocking Drills.

1. Kicking while counting.
